We were welcomed in by Chris with a friendly face and made to feel welcome immediately. Everything was explained well by Chris and he helped me out with my Blue Light card. The food was gorgeous as always - fresh tasty salad, and a stuffed crust pizza to die for. Perfect end to a birthday night out at the cinema. I’d highly recommend to anyone - thanks Chris!

Came here for 1130 today for the buffet. Chris greeted us at the door and was very warming. He looked after us today and was very helpful, kind and caring. He’s really polite and a credit to the company. The buffet was served very fresh ingredients on the salad bar and the pizzas were straight out of the oven. Couldn’t fault at all and good value for money if looking for a cheap great value buffet meal.

Chris our server was very friendly. The food was fab we had the 23.99 meal deal and was unable to eat it all definitely worth the money. We were all served really quickly and enjoyed every single bite.

Phil and Shane were super friendly and helpful. They didn't blink an eye when one of my kids immediately spilled their full drink across the table, helped us to move tables and put us at ease.

Had amazing buffet food, super affordable all you can eat pizza pasta and salad and a bottomless soft drink 13.99 our waiter was super chipper big smile on his face and happy to help with speedy service! A massive shoutout to Chris an asset to the company! Keep smiling, you made the whole meal amazing

Just been to this pizza hut,for a takeaway and food was excellent. The service was brilliant all staff really nice and manager chris I believe offered us a drink whilst we waited we just had a water but would definitely recommend and we will return. Thank you. P.S. love the little doughnuts.

We visited the hartlepool branch and I have to say phil the manager was amazing greeted us with a kind manor and acknowledged my my daughter straightaway explained the new policy and menu took his time out of a busy restaurant to speak to me and my family and played with my daughter and laughing with her also the other front members of staff because and jack were amazing and friendly I really recommend this place it's a 10 out of 10 from us and we will definitely be back

Lovely friendly staff, Chris for starting us off and checking in on us and the guy cooking the pizzas who serenaded us and asked for any requests (both with music and pizza!) Clean restaurant and fresh tasty food. Will be back! Especially for the bargain lunchtime buffet deal. Thanks again :)
